Simple Remedy is made up of some of the top musicians in Chicago.  The band is made up of former members of Shades of Grey, Aunt Joan, Jesus Larry and Joseph, and Freaky Deaky

They are fronted by Kelly Nilsson, one of the hottest new female singers Chicago has to offer.  Her voice is hard to define as she is able to cover almost any artist we play.  Kelly is a rising star in Chicago - keep your eye on her!

Eddie Ryan is the former lead guitar player from Shades of Grey and has been performing both solo and with various bands in Chicago for over 15 years.  Eddie also splits the lead vocals with Kelly on select songs.  Eddie has played all over the midwest as a singer and guitar player.

The rhythm section is made up of two of the best musicians the South Side of Chicago has to offer.
 

Bill Larkin is a highly accomplished bass player and can play any style of music.  His bass lines are an essential part of our music and he brings a lot of talent to the table. 

Matt McGlynn is the backbone of the group on drums.  His unique style gives our songs an edge that brings the music we play to new heights. 

The live show is where we excel.  We are playing at fests, casinos and nightclubs throughout Chicago and the Suburbs.  We cover the hit songs from the early 1960's right up to todays current top 10 hits. 

We cover such a wide variety of songs we find something everyone in the audience can connect with.  We don't have any musical limits! 

Kelly and Eddie already finished a CD of original music and the band will be writing new songs this summer for their follow up CD.
